typically orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Occasionally, during times of high sales volume this time may increase. We will do our best to inform customers ahead of time if there are delays in order fulfillment and/or shipping.
upon fulfillment, an email and/or text message will be sent to the customer letting them know their order has been shipped. Tracking information will also be provided at that time.
if you have entered an incorrect address at checkout, please email us at support@untamedthreadsboysapparel.com with your order number and the correct shipping address. As long as the order has not been fulfilled, we are able to change the address prior to shipping.
we cannot make changes to the contents of your order once placed. We are able to cancel the order or remove an item as long as the order has not been fulfilled. Customers can then place another order with the correct size/color. To cancel or remove an item, please contact us at support@untamedthreadsboysapparel.com.
