Orders over $75 receive FREE shipping.  

Orders under $75, we offer Flat Rate Shipping for $6.00. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If you need an item shipped sooner than our typical processing time, please inquire at support@untamedthreads.shop and we may be able to accommodate your request. Tracking information is provided via email at the time of shipment.  

We do not currently offer international shipping however we look to consider this in the future as we grow.  

untamed threads is not responsible for lost/stolen items or replacing shipments of packages that are shown as delivered. Once an order is shipped by us, we have limited control and information available to us from USPS. We do supply order and tracking information which customers can provide to USPS when filing their claim. Packages returned as undeliverable can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.  

Customers are responsible for entering their correct mailing information at checkout. untamed threads is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. Packages returned due to incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Packages indicated as delivered but not “received” are the customers responsibility to locate.  

We are unable to issue refunds on lost packages.
