Refunds:

We do not offer refunds.

Returns:

We will gladly accept returns of unwashed/unworn products for in store credit only. Credit will be issued in the form of a gift card via email for the price of the items minus the cost of return shipping. Original shipping cost is not included in return amount.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy or standards. This includes items that smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear. These items will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

We cannot make changes to the contents of your order once placed. We are able to cancel the order as long as the order has not been fulfilled. If a change is needed, customers can then place another order with the correction made. To cancel an order, please contact us at support@untamedthreads.shop and include your name an order number. 

We do not offer price adjustments on previously placed orders.

We do not accept returns on SALE items. 

Return Instructions:

To make a return, click HERE and follow the instructions below to process your return. 

  1. Log in to your account:
  • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  • Open the email sent from Shop and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. 
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code. 

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request Return.

  • If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned and delivered to untamed threads, you'll receive a refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for return to be processed after it is marked delivered by the post office. 

Exchanges: 

To exchange an item, please process your return and place an order for the item you wish to replace it with.
